JOB OVERVIEW

Role Overview:
The Lead Engagement Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential investors (leads) who have expressed interest in our platform. This role focuses on engaging with leads, answering their initial questions about our product, and building trust to warm them up for the sales team to close the deal.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:

Proactively call leads generated by marketing campaigns.
Build rapport with potential investors to understand their needs and interests.
Product Knowledge:

Provide accurate and clear information about our platform, investment opportunities, and processes.
Address common questions or concerns, such as investment minimums, returns, and risk factors.
Warm Lead Qualification:

Identify qualified leads by assessing their interest and readiness to invest.
Capture and document key insights about the lead’s preferences and investment goals.
Pipeline Management:

Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls or meetings for the sales team.
Collaboration with Sales Team:

Share insights and feedback with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize lead conversion strategies.
Compliance:

Ensure all communication aligns with internal compliance standards.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
