JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our land investing company as a Launch Control Specialist. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love turning raw data into qualified leads, and have experience with Launch Control, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:
Scrub and clean raw lead lists to ensure high-quality data.
Upload leads into Launch Control and manage outbound SMS campaigns.
Communicate with sellers via text (initial outreach and follow-ups).
Identify and develop warm leads, then push them into our CRM (Pebble) for follow-up and closing.
Collaborate with the team to optimize message templates and texting strategies.
**Underwriting Skills are a big plus!)**

What You Bring:
Proven experience using Launch Control for real estate lead generation (required).
Detail-oriented with strong data organization skills.
Clear, confident communicator—especially in written messages.
Self-starter with a team-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
Familiarity with CRMs like Pebble (a plus, but not required).
