Co-founded by executives in the Dental space, who understands what other dental professionals need, Rescue AR supports dental practices across the country. Our platform connects dental offices with experienced billing professionals, enabling them to fully outsource their billing.
Our mission is twofold: to help dentists collect all the payments they deserve, allowing them to focus on their practice, and to provide dental office managers with secure, flexible work-from-home opportunities.

Who You Are

You have at least 3-5 years of experience in dental, orthodontic, or oral surgery insurance billing, including submitting claims, posting insurance payments, making adjustments, and appealing claims in the United States. You’re proficient with dental practice management software and have a reliable PC or Mac with high-speed internet.
Role Overview: Rescue AR Lead Dental Billing Consultant
Rescue AR Lead Dental Billing Consultants provide dental billing, insurance verification, patient billing, and other services for dental offices from home. This key role builds relationships with clients, offering peace of mind while handling their billing behind the scenes. Whether you still work in a dental office or want to join Rescue AR full-time, we have opportunities to fit your lifestyle.

As a Lead Dental Billing Consultant, you'll be the lead in a team focused on delivering our promises:
• Collecting 100% of what's owed
• Submitting clean claims within 24 hours
• Posting payments and adjustments accurately within 24 hours
• Following up on claims over 30 days old every 14 days
• Reducing insurance aging to zero and keeping it there

You will be paired with an experienced Success Consultant to help you get started and refine your processes.
Requirements:
• At least 3-5 years of dental billing experience, preferably in the last 12 months
• A dedicated workspace, reliable computer, printer, and high-speed internet
• Proficiency in posting payments and adjustments accurately
• Strong understanding of how to help offices collect 100% of what they’re owed
• Persistence in working with insurance claims
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
