Lead Data Manager (Skip Tracing & Lists) Real Estate

About Us:
We are a U.S.-based real estate investment company. Our marketing success relies on accurate seller lists, clean skip tracing, and strong data analysis. We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can create seller lists, perform skip tracing, manage CallTools uploads, and conduct regular data dives to identify what’s working and what needs improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Seller List Creation: Build and organize seller lists from leads (absentee owners, vacant properties, foreclosures, etc.).

Skip Tracing: Accurately research and return contact info (phone, email, etc.) for property owners.

Data Organization: Clean and manage spreadsheets for smooth uploading into CallTools.

CallTools Management: Upload lists, track performance, and ensure correct tagging/dispositions.

Phone Number Tracking: Monitor spammed/flagged numbers and replace when necessary.

Performance Reporting: Track how many leads each list produces and generate daily/weekly reports.

Data Dives: Go beyond tracking—analyze lead sources and call connection rates.

Cold Caller Support: Spot issues cold callers may face (low contact rate, system errors, etc.) and flag them quickly.

Requirements

MUST have skip tracing experience (using REI skip tracing tools or similar).

Experience in seller list creation for real estate.

Familiar with CallTools or other dialers (Mojo, Xencall, etc.).

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (sorting, filtering, analyzing).

Able to perform data dives and present findings clearly.

High attention to detail + reliable internet.

Good English communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of U.S. real estate wholesaling.

Knowledge of lead categories (absentee owners, vacant homes, pre-foreclosures).

Ability to recognize trends in lead quality and suggest strategy changes.

Work Hours & Compensation

Full-time (40 hrs/week), with some overlap in U.S. CST.

Pay: $4.50 – $6.00/hour, depending on experience.

Performance bonuses available.
