We're seeking a skilled sales professional to manage text-based lead follow-up and conversion within our CRM system for our e-commerce education company.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for engaging with pre-qualified leads via text message, nurturing relationships, addressing objections, and converting prospects into students for our Accelerator Lite and Inner Circle mentorship programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement strategic text-based outreach to prospects tracked in our CRM
Execute follow-up sequences with consistent timing and messaging
Qualify and categorize leads based on engagement level and buyer readiness
Address questions and objections about our dropshipping education programs
Convert qualified prospects into strategy calls with our advisory team
Track conversion metrics and optimize outreach approaches
Requirements:
Proven experience in text-based sales or lead nurturing
Strong understanding of CRM systems and lead management
Excellent written communication with ability to be persuasive yet conversational
Experience with conversion-focused follow-up sequences
Understanding of sales psychology and buying triggers
Ability to identify qualified prospects and focus efforts efficiently
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
