Lead Backend Engineer/ Architect

We are looking for a lead backend engineer/architect who is passionate about software development, seeking a new challenge, and eager to lend their expertise to our rapidly growing start-up position. You will
- Advocate for test-driven development, setting the standard through robust testing and mocking practices.
- Define the technical roadmap for our backend team, steering architectural decisions.
- Develop, optimize, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services.
- Work closely with front-end engineers, product managers, and UX designers to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Enhance the backend codebase for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Guide junior engineers, conduct thorough code reviews, and establish backend guidelines.

You have
- Mastery of TypeScript and Node.js.
- Proven experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Extensive experience as a lead engineer/architect.
- Deep understanding of API design and microservice architecture.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
