Landscape Estimator

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented and proactive Landscape Estimator who takes ownership, values quality, and thrives in a high-standard environment. This role is critical in helping us deliver exceptional projects by producing accurate estimates, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and supporting smooth project execution from pre-construction to completion.

Responsibilities
1. Prepare accurate cost estimates for landscape construction projects
2. Review plans, specifications, and project requirements
3. Perform quantity takeoffs and material calculations
4. Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
5. Assist in budgeting, proposal preparation, and bid submissions
6. Coordinate with project managers, designers, and field teams
7. Identify potential cost risks and recommend solutions
8. Maintain organized estimate records and documentation
9. Ensure estimates align with company quality and profitability standards

Qualifications
1. Experience in construction or landscape estimating preferred
2. Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and pricing
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
4. Able to read plans and technical drawings
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
6. Proficient in spreadsheets, estimating software, and project coordination
7. Self-motivated and able to manage deadlines independently
