Landscape Designer

I own a U.S.-based landscape design company that works with landscape contractors to create high-quality 3D renderings and 2D site plans, primarily for high-end residential homes. Due to increasing demand, I am looking for a skilled and reliable remote landscape designer to join me long-term.
The role involves creating detailed 3D renderings and accurate 2D build-ready plans based on provided measurements, photos, and design notes. Most projects take between 5–40 hours to complete, and I need someone who can consistently deliver finished designs within 4 days or less. Applicants must have experience using AutoCAD, Sketchup, and D5 rendering or Structure Studios (VIP 3D). The ideal candidate has residential landscape design experience, strong attention to detail, the ability to follow direction and revisions carefully, good English communication skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
