We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Land Search Cold Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to property owners, verifying land availability, and identifying potential acquisition opportunities. Your primary goal will be to gather information, assess seller interest, and generate leads for our real estate investment team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound cold calls to landowners from provided lead lists.
• Engage in professional and persuasive conversations to gauge interest in selling land.
• Gather and verify property details, including ownership, zoning, and any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-ups in CRM software.
• Overcome objections and handle inquiries professionally.
• Schedule follow-ups or transfer warm leads to the acquisitions team.
• Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
• Stay up to date on market trends and real estate investment strategies.
Qualifications:
• Preferably, candidates should have prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, sales, or real estate within the United States.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in utilizing CRM software, spreadsheets, and phone dialer systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Solid understanding of United States real estate, land ownership, and property valuation.
Hours: 20 hours a day (between 10 AM – 3 PM EST)
