We are looking for a confident, organized, and highly motivated Land Acquisitions Virtual Assistant to help grow our nationwide land investment business. This is not just a behind-the-scenes role — you will actively communicate with landowners, build relationships, follow up consistently, and help guide deals from initial contact through closing and resale.

Responsibilities
Call and communicate with landowners regarding potential property sales
Build rapport and negotiate professionally with sellers
Follow up consistently via phone, text, and email
Track leads and conversations inside CRM systems
Coordinate with title companies, buyers, and internal tea ---------- mbers
Maintain organized records and transaction updates
Assist with marketing and resale coordination of acquired properties
Help ensure smooth communication from acquisition to closing
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written American English communication skills
Comfortable speaking on the phone daily with U.S. landowners
Strong follow-up and relationship-building abilities
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Reliable internet and quiet work environment
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
CRM experience preferred
Real estate or land investing experience is a plus
