Land Acquisition VA

We are looking to add a part-time Land Acquisition Manager to join our team over at Upgrade to see actual info.

Our business buys vacant land all across the United States. We only specialize in vacant land, and do not sell any other type of real estate.

For generating sellers leads we currently do the following: Cold Texting

We currently generate around 20 new seller leads from cold texting per month.

Land Acquisition VA will be responsible for creating offers to send via text to land owners. This includes analyzing comparable land sales in the area to price their offer.

Land Acquisition VA Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to texts and sending offers to purchase land
- Using websites like Redfin and Land ID to put together offer prices
- Reviewing the property details such as topography, floodplains, legal access, utilities, etc
- Calling the county to source information about the property when it can not be found online

Soft Skills needed...
1) Fluent in speaking and writing english
2) Detail Orientated
3) Kind and empathetic.
4) Hungry for professional growth ( As this is a salary + commission role, you are in control of how much you'd like to earn. We want someone who is motivated to help others and wants to make an incredible income)

Schedule:

Monday - Friday (4pm EST to 8pm EST) (Weekend work available as well, opportunity for Full-time role).

Pay:

Base Salary between $4/hr-$6/hr (depending on experience with room for growth)
Commission: Commissions are paid out quarterly based on company results. On track commissions for the year would be $4,000 in additional commissions if all targets are hit.
