Labor & Scheduling Coordinator
Full-Time | Restaurant Operations Support
We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Labor & Scheduling Coordinator to support labor management across multiple restaurant locations. This role is responsible for evaluating labor budgets, building efficient employee schedules, monitoring labor performance, and helping restaurant managers maintain staffing levels that support both operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Review and analyze restaurant labor budgets and staffing models
Create and manage weekly employee schedules for multiple restaurant locations
Monitor labor percentages and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
Ensure schedules align with forecasted sales volumes and operational needs
Work closely with General Managers and District Managers to adjust staffing plans
Identify trends related to overtime, understaffing, and labor cost overruns
Assist with schedule optimization to improve productivity and guest experience
Maintain compliance with company policies, labor laws, and break requirements
Support restaurant leadership with labor reporting and performance tracking
Communicate scheduling updates and staffing needs clearly and professionally
Qualifications
Previous experience in restaurant operations, scheduling, or labor management preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and scheduling software
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple locations and deadlines
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Experience with restaurant management systems or labor platforms is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic computer systems
