JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a MOTIVATED EXPERIENCED Social Media Manager who will create and schedule our LUXURY HIGH QUALITY Brand Specific social media content for our 3 businesses TIkTok and Instagram accounts.

Content must be specific to the company branding, style, typography and present monthly offers and informational posts.
Applicant will utilize images, information and content from the Black Bella company Google Drive.
Applicant will partner with Black Bella practitioners to gather, edit and create organic content.
Spa Location Washington, DC EST ~ operating hours 9am - 7pm Monday-Friday & 10am-5pm Sunday & Saturday
Applicant will be available for monthly Team Meetings via Zoom (camera on).
Applicant will meet weekly on Slack (camera on) with owner and lead virtual administrator to plan and review content projects.
****Once content flow and quality is approved meeting will reduce.

Specializing in; Complete Decongestive Therapy, PostSurgery Massage, Lymphatic Drainage, Contouring Treatments for the face and body. Our services include a unique blend of western technologies like radio frequency and/or ultrasound with traditional eastern massage.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
*Creating, Editing and managing images and video content in alignment with our Brand Standards
*Web design on GoDaddy, Wix, SquareSpace, WordPress and/or other websites
*Booking site design & editing Square, Wix, GoDaddy, ect
*Working through design projects via Zoom / Slack
*Follow up and Feedback Calls to Clients regarding content produced
*Content Scheduling & Appointment Preparation
*Marketing Content Creation & Management
*Create promotional posters, cards and flyers


WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE:
*Experienced and a fast learner
*Coachable
*Must be willing to follow instructions & execute tasks
*Willing and eager to help solve issues
*Trusting, dependable reliable
*Ability to make effective decisions independently
*Must be computer savvy
*Required to work on hubstaff with activity tracking (cannot outsource tasks)
*Must speak clear fluent English with the ability to articulate their words.
*No noisy backgrounds.
