LTL and Tracking Coordinator

Job Overview
We’re seeking a Tracking Coordinator with at least 2 years of experience managing FTL and/or LTL (Less Than Truckload) shipments for a U.S.-based freight brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and quote LTL shipments in our system

Use TMS to obtain and record tracking updates

Call LTL terminals for regular updates

Detect and resolve issues or inconsistencies with shipments

Escalate issues to Operations and/or customers when needed

Compile daily reports of on-time vs. late LTL shipments
