Local SEO & Google Business Profile Specialist (Australian Real Estate)

About Us
We are an Australian buyers agency based on the Gold Coast. We help investors and home buyers purchase property and are looking to dominate local search results. ----------

We are NOT looking for a general VA.
We need a specialist in Local SEO and Google Business Profile (GBP) optimisation.


Your Role

You will be responsible for:

• Optimising and managing our Google Business Profile
• Improving Google Map Pack rankings
• Local keyword research (Gold Coast suburbs)
• On-page SEO (titles, meta, headers, internal linking)
• Competitor SEO analysis
• Citation management (NAP consistency)
• Implementing LocalBusiness schema
• Monthly ranking reports
• Increasing inbound enquiries (not just traffic)


You MUST Have Experience With:

• Ranking businesses in Google Map Pack
• Google Search Console
• Google Analytics
• Ahrefs / SEMrush (or similar)
• Schema markup
• Local SEO strategy (not general blog SEO)
