Capital Access Solutions Hub (CASH) is a growing U.S.-based financial services company that helps consumers and business owners improve their financial position, access capital, and achieve their financial goals.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to help us identify qualified prospects, conduct outreach, and schedule appointments for our sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, online research, email outreach, and other prospecting methods.
• Identify business owners and consumers who may benefit from our services.
• Conduct outreach and start conversations with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and lead databases.
• Track daily activity and submit weekly reports.
• Follow up with prospects as directed.
• Meet weekly and monthly lead generation goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in lead generation, appointment setting, LinkedIn outreach, or sales support.
• Strong online research and prospecting skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable working independently and meeting performance goals.
• Reliable computer and internet connection.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned that are reasonably related to the position and company operations.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Experience in financial services, business funding, credit repair, real estate, mortgage, insurance, or business consulting is a plus.

COMPENSATION & INCENTIVES

• $4.50 per hour base pay.
• $100 commission for each client who enrolls and pays the initial fee.
• Top performers will be eligible for substantial quarterly performance bonuses based on the number of enrolled clients and overall contribution to company growth.
