JOB OVERVIEW

Position: E-commerce Virtual Assistant
Location: Remote
Type: Full-Time
Main Goal of Role:
The E-commerce Virtual Assistant will support staff who are at L3 mastery and above by executing day-to-day tasks and playing a pivotal role in implementing new strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing business operations and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Business-as-Usual (BAU) Activities:
- Collaborate across functions and departments to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and inventory.
- Copywrite product listings to optimize it for max performance.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat to maintain high service levels.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and organizing files.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategies implemented.
- Coordinate logistics related to order processing, inventory restocking, and shipping.
- Undertake additional BAU tasks as directed by leadership.
Project-Based Tasks:
- Assist company leaders in planning and executing strategic projects related to e-commerce operations.
- Aid in managing social media accounts and supporting online marketing efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
- Handle any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Evergreen Tasks:
- Execute data crunching and reporting of business performance.
- Take over existing tasks from L3 mastery leaders, thereby freeing up their time for more critical duties.
- Complete any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by your leader.
Required Skills:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
- Familiarity with communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom).
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Shopee, Lazada).
- Ability to utilize office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
- Competence in conducting online research for various tasks.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
Organizational Skills:
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong time management abilities that enable you to balance various responsibilities effectively.
- Attention to detail ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.

- Problem-solving skills to navigate unexpected issues.

Compensation:
USD $350/month
