Klaviyo Technician

I'm hiring a Klaviyo Virtual Assistant to take team designs from Figma and build them out into Klaviyo within 24 hours as an ongoing role.

Must be available US time zone :
9am - 5pm EST

You will be paid monthly on a flat fee.

Mission for the Role
To enable speed among the team and clients by operating as the bridge between internal work and the external world.

Outcomes:
Upload Turnaround Time: Within 24 hours of the upload request.

Response Time: Within 30 minutes during working hours.

Upload Quantity: All uploads necessary.


Competencies (Skills & Traits):
Klaviyo Experience: Knowledge of Klaviyo, how it is laid out, and how it functions.


Email Marketing Experience: Knows the major differences in campaigns and the core flows. Has experience with ecommerce email marketing.

Base Figma Knowledge: Experience in navigating Figma to find and locate designs as well as export them.

Speed & Adaptability: Ability to move fast and adapt to changing team needs.

Organization: Effectively and efficiently organize components and designs


Evaluation Metrics:
Time-tracking data for project deliveries

Team Feedback and Peer Reviews


Intended Pay:
$500 per month
