Klaviyo Expert Implementor

Job Overview:
Are you passionate about data, A/B testing, and implementing strategies that drive growth? We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Klaviyo Implementor & Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of executing and optimizing our email marketing campaigns, integrating new flows, and providing high-level insights that fuel our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
A/B Test Implementation: Set up, manage, and analyze A/B tests to optimize email performance and conversion rates.
Campaign & Flow Integration: Efficiently integrate and manage all campaigns and new flows within Klaviyo, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our marketing objectives.
Task Execution: Rapidly implement tasks and updates within Klaviyo, maintaining high accuracy and meeting tight deadlines.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Pull data from Klaviyo and other analytics tools to create detailed reports, offering actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Growth Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and propose innovative ideas for new campaigns aimed at driving growth and enhancing customer engagement.
High-Level Insights: Deliver comprehensive reports that not only present data but also provide meaningful insights that inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:
Proven experience with Klaviyo and email marketing platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficient in setting up and managing A/B tests.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Creative thinker with a passion for driving growth through data-driven strategies.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with other marketing and analytics tools is a plus.
