About The Role

As a Data Analytics Specialist at 11 Agency, you'll be a critical player in driving success for our clients by organizing, analyzing, and reporting key performance data. Your role will involve working with tools like ClickUp, Google Sheet, and Klaviyo to ensure every detail is tracked and reported with precision.

From managing A/B testing metrics to building insightful dashboards, you’ll work closely with the team to support our mission of delivering top-notch email marketing services. This role demands a meticulous, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to help shape data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities
- Import and organize tasks in ClickUp to streamline team workflows.
- Track weekly KPIs for clients, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
- Manage and analyze A/B test results, providing clear and strategic recommendations.
- Pull detailed reports from Klaviyo, ensuring all key metrics are tracked and understood.
- Design and maintain reporting dashboards to showcase client performance and trends.
- Collaborate closely with the team to ensure all data supports strategic decision-making.
