Kitchen Designer Virtual Assistant

Strong background in kitchen and cabinet design for residential projects

Detail oriented with a good eye for both function and aesthetics
Proactive, organized, self starter who can manage multiple design projects
Comfortable collaborating with a remote sales and project team and taking feedback

WORK SETUP
Remote
Part time to start, with potential to grow if it is a good fit
Schedule: With overlap in United States Central Time business hours
Compensation: Based on experience and portfolio

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Create kitchen cabinet layouts and elevations based on measurements and project briefs
Apply cabinet standards, appliance clearances and ergonomic guidelines in every design
Prepare plan views, elevations and basic 3D views using design software such as 2020, SketchUp, AutoCAD or similar
Produce design packages that can be used for pricing, client review and handoff to production or installers
Suggest door styles, finishes and hardware that match the project style and budget
Support proposal creation by providing accurate drawings, cabinet counts and notes
Help prepare simple visual boards or one page proposal layouts using Canva
Keep project files, exports and reference images organized and easy for the team to access

REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Kitchen Designer or Cabinet Designer for residential projects
Strong portfolio of kitchen designs showing layouts and elevations
Proficiency with at least one design software such as 2020, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Cabinet Vision or similar
Good understanding of cabinet standards, appliance clearances and basic construction details
Strong English communication skills for notes, emails and occasional calls
Comfortable using Google Workspace tools such as Docs, Sheets, Drive and Gmail
Reliable internet and a computer that can run design software smoothly
Based in the Philippines and available during the agreed United States Central Time overlap
