WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our first key tea ---------- mber, you own the entire delivery engine. You are the expert who turns our vision into results — using AI to work smarter and faster — and you will do it all, from building the foundation to leading operations later. Every task you do directly impacts our growth and your own future.
1. WEBSITE DEVELOPMENT & ARCHITECTURE (CORE FROM DAY 1)
Build high?performance, conversion?optimised websites from scratch for every new client — fast, modern, mobile?first, and built to rank #1
Use AI tools to speed up design, copy, layout, and testing while keeping quality high
Work with WordPress, Elementor, Oxygen or similar — you choose the best stack to ensure speed, security, and scalability
Design and build custom service pages, location pages, landing pages, and full site structures — engineered to convert visitors into enquiries
Ensure every site loads in under 2 seconds with perfect Core Web Vitals — built for speed and SEO right out of the box
Implement clean site architecture, logical navigation, internal linking, and URL structure — every site is built with SEO in its DNA
Add all critical conversion features: click?to?call, smart lead forms, review sections, galleries, trust signals — everything needed to generate consistent leads
Rebuild, migrate, or optimise existing sites to our world?class standards
2. TECHNICAL SEO & PERFORMANCE OPTIMIZATION
Run full site audits, identify and fix critical errors, broken links, crawl issues, speed problems, and mobile usability gaps
Use AI (Claude, etc.) to analyse reports, identify issues, and generate step?by?step fixes in minutes
Optimise every page for maximum ranking power: titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, content structure, image optimisation, keyword alignment
Use AI tools to perfect content — ensure every page is fully optimised so we outrank every competitor
Implement advanced technical SEO: schema markup (services, reviews, local business), XML sitemaps, canonical tags, robots.txt, hreflang, and structured data
Optimise and manage Google Business Profiles — get every client into the Map Pack, where 70% of all local clicks happen
Track rankings, organic traffic, and lead volume — deliver clear, measurable results every month
Fix code?level issues directly: HTML, CSS, basic PHP, JavaScript — you do not wait for developers; you are the developer
3. CONTENT STRATEGY & SOCIAL MEDIA GROWTH — AI?POWERED
Leverage AI tools (Claude, generative AI, etc.) to research, write, edit, and optimise high?value, keyword?aligned content: service descriptions, location pages, blogs, and guides — content that ranks and builds authority
Manage client social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn — build active, trusted local brands
Use AI to create visuals, captions, and campaign ideas fast — while keeping them unique and localised
Create and schedule engaging posts, local updates, project showcases, and client success stories
Grow local followings, drive engagement, and send targeted traffic back to the website
Align every social post with our SEO strategy to strengthen local search presence
4. LEADERSHIP, OPERATIONS & GROWTH — BUILDING OUR AI SYSTEMS
Deliver our proven standard: 2–4+ new high?paying clients per month from inbound SEO alone, for every account you manage
Earn US$50 commission for every client you onboard and retain for 90 days — unlimited earning potential that grows as we grow
Help us build our AI?native workflows — show us how to use tools like Claude to automate, speed up, and improve every part of what we do
Help us refine our systems, processes, and delivery standards — your input will define how we work as we scale
Work on Acendia International’s own website, marketing, and lead generation — you build the machine that builds our brand
As we expand, you will move into operations management, train new tea ---------- mbers, and lead our delivery division

You know local SEO perfectly: you understand Google Maps, citations, and local ranking — experience working with international markets is a massive advantage
You are a content optimizer: you know how to write and structure content that Google loves

Base Salary: US$1,500 / month — stable, paid on time, every month
Commission: US$50 for every client — paid after 90 days of successful onboarding — this is passive income that grows forever
