JOB OVERVIEW

KLAVIYO SPECIALIST ROLE (PART TIME, REMOTE)

We're a UK-based ecommerce agency specialising in Klaviyo, Shopify and growth strategy for fashion and beauty brands. We're looking to bring on a part time Klaviyo specialist who can run client accounts end to end. We want to hire someone for the next 3+ years, not a short contract.

JOB OVERVIEW
You'll run Klaviyo for our retainer clients on a day to day basis. You'll get to know each brand's customer, products, tone of voice, and how email fits into their wider business. You'll plan calendars, build campaigns and flows, analyse what's working, spot opportunities, and improve our processes as you go.
You'll use AI heavily to move faster, but you'll have enough strategic grounding to know when AI is right and when to challenge it.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Run Klaviyo accounts end to end with minimal day to day oversight
Build emails using each client's existing brand assets and design systems
Plan and produce on-brand email calendars and copy
Audit accounts: spot gaps, weaknesses and revenue opportunities
Manage segmentation, flows, sends and deliverability
Analyse account performance and proactively surface opportunities
Understand each client's wider business and how email contributes to growth
Prepare clear reports and recommendations for the team
Implement changes and tests efficiently with clear documentation
Continuously improve our internal Klaviyo processes, templates and systems

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years' hands on Klaviyo experience managing live accounts
Reliable: meets deadlines without chasing, delivers consistent quality, communicates proactively when things slip
Highly organised with a passion for systems, processes and documentation
Strong design sense, able to build great looking emails working from brand assets
Strategic understanding of email marketing: you know what good looks like and can pressure-test ideas
Confident with segmentation, flow logic and reporting
Commercial mindset: you understand that Klaviyo is one piece of a wider revenue picture
Comfortable using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) to speed up copy, planning and analysis, with the judgement to keep output on-brand and accurate
Proactive: you spot opportunities and surface them, you don't wait to be told what to do
Excellent written and spoken communication

NICE TO HAVE

Shopify experience (Plus is a bonus)
SMS marketing experience within Klaviyo
Experience with loyalty & reviews platforms (Loyalty Lion, Yotpo, Okendo, Judge.me, Reviews.io)
Klaviyo certification
Fashion or beauty ecommerce background
Previous agency experience working across multiple clients

Client work runs smoothly without constant oversight
Campaigns and flows are prepared in advance and go out accurately and on time
Opportunities and issues are surfaced proactively
Clients retain and grow because execution quality stays consistently high

HOURS, RATE & PAYMENT

Part time, 35 hours per week
Minimum 4 hours overlap with UK working hours, ideally 9am to 1pm UK time
$1,200 per month, paid monthly via Wise
20 days paid leave per year
Long-term role, we're hiring for the next 3+ years
