Junior Web Developer (Confidential Project – Remote, Full-Time)

We are building a next-generation digital advertising platform (DSP) with advanced targeting and AI features. This confidential project is led directly by the CEO. We’re hiring a junior developer to help extend the codebase, implement features, make the API integrations, and migrate everything securely to our company servers.

Responsibilities
• Continue and extend the existing codebase (Supabase, GitHub, Lovable AI output)
• Implement features, fix bugs, and support integrations (APIs, dashboards, bidding logic)
• Maintain clean Git workflows, documentation, and handovers
• Migrate all source code & docs to company-owned servers (no local copies)
• Work under strict NDA + Non-Compete, report directly to the CEO

Requirements
• 1+ year in web/app development (modern JS stack)
• Comfortable with Git/GitHub, basic backend concepts (DBs/APIs)
• Detail-oriented, highly confidential, eager to learn
• Excellent written English
• Stable internet and quiet workspace
• Availability during EU business hours (GMT+2)

Growth Path
• Start at $450–$500/month; performance-based increases up to $800/month
• Potential transition to a permanent Developer role post-launch
