We're hiring a Junior Virtual Assistant to support Grace Inspired Life — an Amazon Influencer brand built around authentic product reviews, affiliate content, and a growing niche media portfolio.

This is an entry-level, long-term, full-time remote role (40 hours/week) with a flexible schedule. Prior experience as a VA or in a similar remote support role is preferred. We're looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with the business. You'll work directly with the creator to keep two core operations running smoothly: content publishing and blog management.

ABOUT GRACE INSPIRED LIFE
Grace Inspired Life is a product review brand and Amazon Influencer channel focused on helping everyday shoppers make confident buying decisions. We create honest, conversion-focused content across YouTube, Pinterest, and a portfolio of niche blogs — part of a media business I've been building since 2000. This role is a foundational piece of what comes next, and we're building for the long term.


HOW THIS ROLE WORKS — 30-DAY PAID TRAINING PERIOD
All new hires begin with a paid 30-day training period. This is your opportunity to learn our systems, workflows, and standards — and for us to see how you work. At the end of 30 days, we'll make a final hiring decision based on your performance, reliability, and fit. Candidates who complete training successfully move into the full-time role.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Priority 1 — Blog Management (most important)

-Update and optimize existing blog posts on WordPress for readability, affiliate link accuracy, and conversion
-Identify linkable products within posts and connect them to live Amazon affiliate links
-Audit existing links — flag dead links, find replacement products on Amazon, and propose solutions
-Work within Lasso (affiliate link management plugin) — training provided, but familiarity is a plus

Priority 2 — YouTube Publishing

-Upload videos via Cha-Ching Automate to YouTube (US) and 12 International Storefronts. Training provided.
-Set all uploads to draft mode initially; manually verify ASINs on international markets before publishing
-Work through existing backlog of unpublished international videos
-Flag "needs attention" videos from international storefronts for review
-For each video: write title, description, and tags using VidIQ; set thumbnail, endscreen, and schedule
-Target: 3 videos published per day
-VidIQ training provided; thumbnail judgment matters — final output reviewed before publishing

Growth Path As the business scales, this role will grow into helping train and manage additional VAs directly.


QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

-WordPress experience — you should be comfortable inside a WordPress backend
-Familiarity with both the Amazon Associates Program and the Amazon Influencer Program — including a working understanding of the Terms of Service for each
-Amazon TOS compliance is non-negotiable in this role. You should already know: proper affiliate disclosure requirements, what content is and is not permitted, and what actions (such as screenshotting earnings or incentivizing clicks) are prohibited.
-Candidates will be expected to demonstrate this knowledge before advancing to interview.
-Highly organized and detail-oriented — this is the most important quality we're looking for
-Excellent written and spoken English
-Reliable internet (minimum 100 Mbps download / 100 Mbps upload) and a capable computer
-Must install Hubstaff for time tracking upon hire
-Available for a daily check-in at 7:30 AM EST

A Plus (not required):

-Experience with Lasso (affiliate link plugin)
-Experience with VidIQ or similar YouTube optimization tools
-Prior VA experience working with US-based content creators or influencer brands
-Familiarity with Amazon Influencer Program or affiliate marketing content


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
-$450/month during 30-day training period
-$550/month starting salary (full-time)
-Performance review at 6 months — strong performers move to $600/month
-13th Month Pay in December (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
-Paid Philippine holidays after training period plus an additional 5 PTO days (pro-rated if hired mid-year)
-Full-time (40 hours/week) independent contractor agreement — this is not traditional employment. You will work as a self-employed contractor.
-The initial contract covers the 30-day training period. Upon successful completion, you'll move to a 6-month renewable contract. Either party may end the agreement with 2 weeks written notice.
-Flexible working hours with one required daily check-in
-Long-term position with real growth opportunity — including managing other VAs as the team expands


WORK HOURS
-40 hours per week (Full Time)
-Flexible schedule with a required daily check-in at 7:30 AM EST (8:30 PM PHT)
