Junior-Intermediate Software Developer Needed

I run a small software studio shipping real web and mobile products, and I'm looking for one junior developer to grow with long-term. You'll ship daily, own what you build, and work fluently with AI coding tools (Claude, Cursor) getting things done fast with AI is the actual job. Important to learn quickly and understand methodology. I need someone honest and consistent: if you say it's done, it works. Web (Next.js) and/or mobile (Flutter) experience preferred, but strong fundamentals matter more than years. Pay is $380/month to start, on time every month, growing as you grow - a role with a path, not a dead end. We'll start with a paid 2-week trial so we both know it's a fit, then long-term from there.
