We are a woman-owned creative studio based in Los Angeles, California working with VTubers, streamers, content creators, and digital brands.
Our focus is building internet-native media such as motion graphics, intro videos, creator branding, thumbnails, announcement videos, website visuals, and social media content.
We are a small but growing creative studio that values collaboration, creativity, and initiative. We are looking for artists who understand online culture and want to grow with a team from the ground up.
This role will start as contract work while we build a workflow together, with the potential for long-term collaboration as the studio grows.

The Role
You will work under the Creative Director helping prepare artwork and graphics used for motion graphics, branding, and video content.
This role focuses on digital design production and preparing assets for animation, not frame-by-frame animation.

What You Will Be Creating
Projects may include:

• Vectorizing artwork using Adobe Illustrator
• Preparing layered PSD or Illustrator files for animation
• Creating simple logos and branding assets
• Stream graphics such as icons, badges, and overlays
• Thumbnail artwork for YouTube and social media
• Visual assets used in creator branding
• Website graphics and marketing visuals
• Preparing design files for the motion graphics editor

Responsibilities
• Convert raster artwork into clean vector graphics
• Organize layered PSD or AI files for animation workflows
• Create simple logos, icons, and graphic assets
• Assist with thumbnails and digital marketing visuals
• Follow creative direction while contributing ideas
• Deliver organized files with proper layer structure
• Work collaboratively with the motion graphics editor and creative lead

What We Are Looking For
• Digital art or graphic design experience
• Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Clip Studio
• Ability to organize layered artwork for production
• Understanding of composition and design basics
• Reliable communication in a remote work environment
• Interest in internet culture, streaming, gaming, or online creators

Formal education is not required, but a strong portfolio is important.

Bonus Skills
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator vector workflows
• Familiarity with motion graphics pipelines
• YouTube thumbnail design experience
• Understanding of anime-style art or digital illustration
• Experience creating branding assets for creators or streamers

• Up to 20 hours per week depending on workload
• Flexible schedule

You will work directly under the Creative Director and collaborate with a motion graphics editor as part of a small creative team.

Compensation
Junior Digital Artist (Entry Level)
• $1.25 – $5 USD per hour depending on portfolio and experience
• Up to 20 hours per week depending on project workload
• Estimated monthly pay $240 – $400

The first 30 days will serve as a trial period to establish workflow and expectations.

Pay increases may be considered later based on performance and long-term collaboration.
