Junior Data Analyst

Job Summary:
As a Junior Data Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our data processing and analytics team, shaping new products and processes using cutting-edge technology. You will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to drive our business forward. Responsibilities:
•Data Collector – Collect, catalog, and organize data from various platforms, including customer systems, internal software platforms, or public sources.
•Data Handler – Interact with data in a variety of formats, including JSON, XML, CSV, TXT, XLSX, KML, RPT, DBF, and more.
•Report Creator – Create and maintain charts, reports, KPIs, and dashboards using Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, or similar tools.
•Support Specialist – Provide training, support, and mentorship to customers or internal users via email, Teams meetings, or videos.
•Collaborator – Work with software developers to create solutions and automation projects.
•Library Keeper – Maintain a library of queries, scripts, tools, and documentation.
•Innovator – Research and incorporate new methods for collecting, analyzing, and presenting data.
•Team Player – Be a model for data-driven problem-solving and foster a culture of learning and continuous collaboration within your team.

Required Skills:
•Microsoft Proficiency – Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, MS Access, PowerBi, and SQL Server.
•Excel Expert – Ability to create and troubleshoot Excel workbooks and macros.
•SQL Savvy – Experience with SQL Server for querying and managing databases.
•PowerBi Pro – Competence in developing and maintaining PowerBi dashboards and reports.
•Collaboration Tools – Strong skills in using SharePoint, Teams, and other Microsoft 365 apps for collaboration and data sharing.
•File Sharing – Experience with secure file sharing tools, including FileZilla, Dropbox, or OneDrive.
•Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create presentations using PowerPoint, PowerBi, or similar platforms.
•Analytical Mindset – Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
???Email Management – Ability to manage email requests and send professional responses or schedule meetings.

Preferred Skills:
•Programming Knowledge – Experience with Javascript, Python, DAX, M-language, or RedPoint Data Management.
•Project Management – Project management skills.
