MHI Media is a performance-obsessed digital marketing agency that blends high-impact creative with data-driven strategy. We specialize in scaling brands through paid social advertising, particularly on Meta, by crafting high-converting ad creatives that drive results. Now, we’re looking for a Junior Creative Strategist to support our growing team.

This role is perfect for someone eager to break into creative strategy, gain hands-on experience in digital advertising, and learn from senior strategists who drive high-performing campaigns. If you have a keen eye for trends, a way with words, and a curiosity for AI-driven creativity, we want to hear from you.

Who You Are:

You're an aspiring creative strategist with a sharp eye for what works in Meta ads, a strong sense of storytelling, and a willingness to learn. You may already use tools like ChatGPT to speed up your workflow, or you’re eager to dive in and see how AI can enhance your creative process.

What You’ll Do:

Creative Briefing & Scripting: Write compelling creative briefs and scripts based on examples provided by senior strategists, ensuring they align with brand goals and best practices for Meta ads.

AI-Enhanced Ideation: Use AI tools like ChatGPT to help refine messaging, brainstorm ad concepts, and generate variations for testing.

Trend Research: Stay on top of social trends, Upgrade to see actual infos, and emerging ad formats within Meta’s ecosystem to help inform creative concepts.

Ad Performance Insights: Work with the team to review ad performance data and learn what makes creative succeed on Meta ads.

The Details:

Location: Remote (Philippines-based preferred)

Schedule: Full-time, Mon–Fri, 40 hours/week

Salary: Competitive
