Junior Automation & Integration Developer

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable "Junior Automation & Integration Developer" to join our team on a fast-paced, high-impact set of projects. You will build and maintain a series of automation workflows, user experiences, and integrations using tools like N8N, WordPress, and MemberPress.

You don’t need to be an expert in everything — but you do need to be curious, self-driven, and understand how to work with APIs, automation tools, and AI-based integrations. N8N experience and demonstration is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement workflows in N8N that automate tasks and connect multiple services via APIs
- Build and manage automated systems using AI tools for decision-making, enrichment, and efficiency
- Develop components of a SaaS product using WordPress and MemberPress (or similar plugins), alongside automation
- Create custom web pages and page templates that are clean, responsive, and user-friendly
- Collaborate with a small team to problem-solve and iterate quickly
- Document your work for handoff and scaling

Candidate Should Have:

- Intermediate to expert level experience with N8N (or similar tools like Zapier, Make, or Pipedream)
- Familiarity with REST APIs, authentication methods (OAuth, API keys), and JSON
- An understanding of AI automation tools (like GPT, Claude, or similar) and how to integrate them via API
- Comfort working with WordPress (ideally also MemberPress or other membership plugins)
- Understand how to implement and use remote severs, cloud based servers, virtual machines and Docker
- Some experience with HTML/CSS/JS and basic web development
- Willingness to learn fast, Google smart, and adapt as projects evolve
