We are seeking a Junior Account Manager to join our dynamic meta agency team, focusing on executing client deliverables as we manage and scale their Facebook ad campaigns, maintaining project ---------- ntum, and supporting our Lead Account Manager in all client-related operations.

We do have processes and workflows in place for accountability and follow through. Our team operates very independently but also extremely coordinated with communication and routine.

Our team values innovation, adaptability, and a proactive approach to client management. You'll have the opportunity to contribute to and improve our existing processes, working closely with multiple teams to ensure client success.

This job requires, at a very minimum:

1. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
2. Strong communication skills to effectively translate complex performance data into simple, actionable insights.
3. Proactive approach to project management, including deadline tracking and cross-team coordination.
4. Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
5. Proficiency in client relationship management and expectation setting.
6. Skill in coordinating with creative, media, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
7. Capability to gather and synthesize performance data for strategic reviews.
8. Attention to detail in preparing reports, meeting notes, and internal briefs.
9. Comfort with using project management tools like Slack, Google Drive, Asana.
10. Ability to represent client business goals internally and provide constructive feedback.
11. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving client needs and agency processes.
12. Confident and clear communication and decision making

A perfect candidate would also have (these are NOT required; just preferred):

1. Previous experience in a client-facing role within a marketing or creative agency.
2. Understanding of digital marketing performance metrics.
3. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization.
4. Background in project management or operations.
5. Familiarity with creative and media buying processes.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Experience in copywriting and paid ads
8. Using funnel building tools like High Level, Click Funnels, etc.
9. Confident Leading Zoom Calls for Team and Clients

*Excellent communication skills are a must.
*Experience in client management is a bonus.
