WHO WE ARE
We are a US software company building and servicing clients globally, with a team based in the Philippines — founded by two US automation and AI leaders: a Harvard MBA with 30+ years in consulting and technology, and an MIT PhD in AI with 15+ years of hands-on AI experience. We work with distributed teams around the world and serve small to medium-sized businesses across professional services, private equity, healthcare, real estate, manufacturing, and virtually all industry horizontals. We build proprietary AI products and we are AI-first: 80%+ of execution is done by AI — we want people who direct it, review it, and own what ships.
Examples of what we build: AI reporting systems for private equity firms · HR agents for manufacturers · sales agents for SaaS companies · chatbots and multi-tenant platforms for SMBs across healthcare, real estate, professional services, and more. The product list grows constantly — this market moves fast.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Write Python features and integrations on live client products, guided by the senior builder
• Use Cursor, Claude Code, Lovable, Bolt.new, and similar AI-native tools every day
• Work with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, and basic MCP tool development
• Integrate OpenAI and Claude APIs into product features
• Set up and work within development environments — local and cloud
• Support deployment into Azure or AWS — including basic security and environment configuration
• Test what you build, document it clearly, and hand off cleanly across time zones

WHO YOU ARE
• You have built something real — it does not need to be big. It needs to be yours.
• You use Cursor, Claude, or Lovable already — AI-assisted building is how you work
• You understand the basics of cloud deployment and want to go deeper
• You write clean, documented code that someone else can pick up
• You ask good questions, learn fast, and do not wait to be told what to do next
