About Us:
Real Estate Video Geeks was founded by industry veterans Joe Eves and Kristina Smallhorn. Joe has over a decade of experience in real estate and video marketing, using unique videos to drive traffic and generate leads. Kristina, a seasoned realtor and successful YouTuber, has a passion for helping other real estate professionals achieve success through video marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Full-time commitment to editing and assembling raw footage into polished long form YouTube videos at least 8 minutes long.
- Collaborating closely with our creative team and various real estate agents to develop compelling content for their personal YouTube Channels.
- Utilizing Frame.io as the primary platform for client communication and project management.
- Ensuring that all videos meet our high-quality standards and align with client expectations and best practices for long-form editing that we teach in our online course.

Requirements:
-Open to learning our video editing techniques and seamlessly incorporating them into the videos you edit for our clients and students.
- Proven experience in video editing, with an ability to take direction and implement it effectively.
-Proficient at following scripts and directions and the ability to make changes to content and turn around multiple projects meeting scheduled deadlines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere or other Pro Editing Software: Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with Frame.io and working directly with clients in a professional manner.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines for multiple projects and clients.
