As we scale, we're looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team long-term. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to grow, make a real impact, and become an essential part of a driven remote team.
Your Role:
- You will be the voice of our brand, helping our customers with care, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll work across platforms like Re:amaze and Shopify, responding to inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring every customer feels valued.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond to customer
- Handle questions about orders, tracking, returns, and general inquiries
- Follow structured SOPs to manage refund/return requests and escalations
- Document customer interactions and maintain internal CRM updates
- Escalate complex issues to our team when needed
- Proactively identify common issues and contribute to process improvement
- Ensure all responses are consistent, accurate, and aligned with our tone of voice
- We maintain an ETA of 24 hours so you must reply to the

Requirements
- Fluent English, written and spoken, with great grammar
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer support or similar role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail & ability to manage multiple conversations
- Available to join immediately
- Willing to work 28 to 40 hours/week (starting part-time for trial, then full-time)
- You are not working full-time elsewhere
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
- Must be organized, empathetic, and customer-obsessed
- Available for weekly team calls and continuous training
