Part-Time Etsy Design Assistant

Schedule: Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours per week)
Rate: $2.00 USD / hour (Approx. $200–$250 per month)
Growth Opportunity: Potential to grow into a full-time role and help manage the shop as the brand expands.

About the Role

I am looking for a talented and reliable graphic designer to help create high-quality designs for my Etsy shop. My main priority is finding someone who can produce strong, trendy, and original designs that fit my shop’s aesthetic.

Before growing the shop together, I need someone who can consistently deliver great design work, be accountable, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

Main Responsibilities

Create original, high-quality designs for T-shirts, sweatshirts, and mugs

Follow the style and aesthetic of my Etsy shop

Design within popular niches such as Western, Retro, Floral, Christian, and Seasonal themes

Upload designs to Printify and Etsy (training can be provided)

Create clean, attractive product mockups

What I’m Looking For

Strong graphic design skills (this is the most important requirement)

Ability to create original, trendy designs from scratch

Experience with Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Procreate

Hardworking, reliable, and accountable

Attention to detail and ability to follow design direction
