JOB OVERVIEW

Hi! I run a successful digital marketing agency that specializes in adventure brands (outdoor and travel products). I am looking to hire an experienced No-Code/Low-Code developer to build a centralized client portal and internal workflow tool for my team and our clients.

Right now, managing campaigns, getting feedback on graphic designs and written copy, and getting final approvals from clients is spread across too many platforms. We want to build a custom platform where clients can log in, view their campaigns, request tasks, leave comments on designs/copy, and approve deliverables.

Tech Stack: My dream would be to use an all-in-one (frontend + backend) platform like Shopify is for ecommerce. My researchs points to Softr + Airtable. The platform must be easy for me (a non-developer founder) to modify after launch without touching code.

Core Architecture & Features:
You will be building a multi-tenant application with the following structure:

Accounts (Brands): The top-level data structure. Clients may have multiple brands, so they need to be able to switch between "Accounts."

Campaigns (Parent Level): Master folders (e.g., "Memorial Day Giveaway") that hold timelines and overarching approval statuses.

Tasks (Child Level): Individual deliverables (e.g., "Email #1 Written Copy", "IG Post #2 Design") with statuses (To-Do, In Review, Approved), due dates, and assignees.

Feedback Mechanism: A simple timestamped text comment thread attached to individual tasks for easy feedback on asset uploads.

Live Analytics (via embed): You won't need to build custom APIs. You just need to configure the portal to securely embed custom Google Looker Studio iframe reports on the Client dashboards (consolidating date fro ---------- ta & Google ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify).

User Roles & Permissions:

Agency Admin (My Team): Full access to create tasks, upload deliverables, and manage users.

Clients (Founders/Directors): Access to their specific Account(s) to submit requests, leave comments, and click "Approve" or "Request Revision."

Third-Party Client Vendors: (e.g., a client's in-house designer). Granular access toggled by the Admin. They can upload assets and comment, but cannot officially "Approve" campaigns.

Content Creators: Need a secure, unauthenticated upload link/zone to drop high-res media files that syncs directly to our Google Drive storage.

Documentation Requirement:
Upon completion, you must provide a recorded screen-share walkthrough explaining how I can make minor modifications to the frontend and backend.

Perks:
• Potential for a long term stable working relationship (I have 4 other tea ---------- mbers from the Philippines who have been working with me for years)
• Flexible hours — async friendly, I care more about output than time
• Bonuses and raises if you crush it

To Apply:
Follow these instructions exactly or I won’t read your message.
