Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled CRM Manager with deep expertise in Lofty CRM to optimize and manage our real estate database, automation, and lead follow-ups. You will be responsible for streamlining our processes, ensuring data accuracy, and maximizing efficiency for our team of agents and transaction coordinators.

What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize Lofty CRM for lead tracking, follow-ups, and client management
Automate workflows to improve efficiency and response times
Ensure accurate data entry, tagging, and segmentation of leads
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track performance metrics
Train agents and staff on best practices for using the CRM effectively
Integrate Lofty CRM with other tools and software used in real estate operations
Troubleshoot system issues and ensure smooth operation
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
? Proven experience managing Lofty CRM in a real estate setting (REQUIRED)
? Strong knowledge of CRM automation, integrations, and reporting
