We are looking for a detail-oriented Job Search Virtual Assistant needed to handle high-volume job applications for a candidate.
You will research aligned organizations, source qualified roles, tailor materials, and submit 20-25 applications per day with accuracy and speed. Must be organized, reliable, and treat confidentiality as non-negotiable.
Responsibilities
-Research market trends, top companies of interest, and helpful application tips
-Source and screen job opportunities based on provided criteria (role type, seniority, location, compensation, industry)
-Submit 20-25 qualified applications daily through company career pages and ATS portals
-Tailor resumes and draft cover letters using provided templates
-Maintain accurate application tracker in Google Sheets (company, role, date, link, status, notes)
-Send daily start-of-day and end-of-day reports/role highlights
-Attend weekly strategy meetings (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays)
-Flag high-priority roles immediately
Performance Expectations:
-Minimum 20-25 qualified applications per day
-Zero errors in applications or tracking
-Target of 2-5 interview requests per week
-Available and responsive 8:00 PM – 1:00 PM PHT
Compensation:
-$3.00 USD per hour base + bonus per confirmed interview request received. Paid bi-weekly.
-5 hours per day, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday).
Requirements:
-Prior experience with high-volume admin work, recruiting, or job application support
-Extremely detail-oriented and self-directed
-Strong written English and professional communication
-Comfortable with job boards, company career pages, and ATS systems
-Reliable computer and high-speed internet
-Strict confidentiality
Nice to Have:
-Familiarity with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Workday
-Experience with Google Sheets trackers and resume templates
