JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role:
I am looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Job Search Specialist to help me find and apply for remote medical sales roles. The ideal candidate will be experienced in navigating job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, and others, and familiar with using tools like ChatGPT to streamline and optimize the job search process. You will be responsible for finding, tailoring, and submitting applications for positions that match my preferences, ensuring that my resume is adjusted to suit each job posting.

Responsibilities:

Search for remote medical sales roles on job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
Ensure that each job posting aligns with the specific requirements: remote-only positions, salary above $70,000, and roles in the medical sales field.
Adjust and tailor my resume and cover letter for each job application to reflect the required skills and qualifications.
Submit job applications on my behalf, ensuring all documents are customized for each position.
Track and manage a list of all jobs applied to, including details such as company name, position, date of application, and status.
Provide regular progress reports that show which roles have been applied to and the current status of each (e.g., interviews, follow-ups, etc.).
Use tools like ChatGPT to assist with personalizing applications and optimizing the job search process.
Keep track of application deadlines and ensure all tasks are completed on time.

Requirements:

Fluent in English or proficient in English with strong communication skills.
Familiarity with using ChatGPT and other AI tools to enhance the job search process and application customization.
Proven experience with job platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards.
Attention to detail with the ability to adjust and tailor resumes and cover letters according to each job posting.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple job applications and progress.
Ability to provide transparent and verifiable updates on job search progress.
Prior experience in job hunting, recruitment, or administrative tasks is a plus.

Compensation:

Payment can be based on an hourly rate with an expected application of jobs per hour and a bonus of $100 per interview schedule

Flexible working hours with fully remote work.
