Jira + Confluence Expert HIRING ASAP

We are looking for a Jira Process Optimization specialist to refine and enhance our comprehensive existing Jira setup. The focus of this role is to assess and streamline our current Jira processes, not to build from scratch, but to elevate our system's efficiency and user experience. The consultant will identify areas for improvement, ensuring our Jira implementation is optimized for maximum effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
-Process Assessment: Conduct a thorough review of our current Jira setup to understand existing workflows, reporting systems, and integrations.
-Optimization Strategy: Develop strategies to optimize current workflows, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
-Implementation: Implement the optimization strategies, ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
-Training and Documentation: Update training materials and documentation to reflect optimized processes.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide recommendations for ongoing process improvements and best practices.

Deliverables:
-We need our functional requirements which are in Google Docs added into jira. And connected to the correct epics. The epics stories and tasks are already there it
- Dependencies mapped
- create templates in confluence
- permissions so we can have the option to invite a single contractor to a ticket
- testing app configured either xray or zephyr
- Confluence document hierarchy
- workflow of requirements and documents
- requirements traceability

- Process Improvement Recommendations (Jira & Confluence): Analyze current processes and provide clear, actionable improvement suggestions.

- App Recommendations (Jira & Confluence): Identify needs for third-party apps and recommend
