JOB OVERVIEW

The Fernandez Group is a fast-growing real estate business focused on helping buyers, sellers, and investors. We generate high-quality leads and need a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to follow up, qualify prospects, and set appointments for our sales team.

Job Responsibilities:
• Call and follow up with warm leads provided by the company
• Qualify potential clients and assess their real estate needs
• Set appointments for real estate agents
• Maintain and update CRM with lead interactions and status updates
• Follow a proven script while also engaging in meaningful conversations
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals

Qualifications:
• Experience in real estate sales, telemarketing, or inside sales preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
• Comfortable making 100 plus calls per day
• Familiarity with CRM software Follow up Boss
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
