Position Overview: We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Investor Relations and Outreach Specialist to lead our investor engagement initiatives and support capital raising efforts. This remote position plays a crucial role in connecting impact-minded investors with meaningful investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Investor Relations and Communications

- Develop and execute comprehensive investor outreach strategies.
- Create compelling investment presentations and marketing materials.
- Manage regular investor communications and updates.
- Respond to investor inquiries and information requests.
- Organize and conduct virtual investor meetings and webinars.
- Report on investor engagement metrics.

Relationship Management

- Build and nurture relationships with HNWIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Serve as the primary liaison between investors and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate investor database and communication records in CRM.
- Facilitate due diligence processes with potential investors.
- Support investor onboarding and documentation.

Marketing and Digital Engagement

- Lead digital outreach campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Manage LinkedIn and other professional social media presence.
- Manage investor-focused content creation and distribution.
- Coordinate webinars and virtual investment presentations.
- Develop targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Track and analyze engagement metrics.

Strategic Planning

- Analyze market trends and investor preferences.
- Identify new investor segments and opportunities.
- Collaborate with management on fundraising strategies.
- Support the development of new investment products.
- Track and report on capital raising progress.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in investor relations, financial marketing, or capital raising
- Proven track record of successful investor outreach and relationship management
- Strong understanding of impact investing and ESG principles

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of global financial markets
- Understanding of SPV structures
- Experience with investment management platforms
