JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Manager to oversee and manage all liquor and food inventory operations for our busy bar and grill. This is a key role that ensures we stay fully stocked, reduce waste, and operate efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Track and manage inventory levels for liquor, beer, wine, and food products
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with vendors for ordering and receiving shipments
• Maintain accurate inventory records and reports
• Monitor usage patterns to reduce overstocking and minimize waste
• Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Suggest improvements for inventory systems and cost control
