Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 6 PM CST.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly data-driven and analytical Inventory Management Assistant to oversee and optimize inventory processes across our warehouse and retail locations. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy, and a passion for organizing data to improve operations. This is a full-time remote role, and training will be provided through structured playbooks.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor and manage inventory levels across multiple locations.
- Set and adjust re-order points per product, per store based on sales trends.
- Generate reports on top-selling products, least-sold products, and inventory movement trends.
- Identify and help move discontinued products efficiently.
Data Entry & System Management
- Add new products to the system and archive old products when needed.
- Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date in Lightspeed POS.
- Verify product transfers between stores and warehouse.
- Confirm that inventory orders are received correctly from vendors.
Inventory Optimization
- Help reduce excess inventory and ensure proper stock levels at all locations.
- Work with the team to improve processes for ordering and restocking.
- Merge duplicate customer accounts in the system when needed.

- Reliable & Self-Motivated – Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in inventory management, logistics, or supply chain (preferred but not required).
- Familiarity with POS systems or warehouse inventory software.
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for reporting.
- Vape shop or related industry experience is a bonus.
