Interior Designer / Architect – 3D Rendering & Drafting Specialist (Remote)

About Us:

We are a California-based interior design firm specializing in high-end residential remodels and new construction projects. Our team values creativity, precision, and seamless client experiences. We are looking for a skilled Interior Designer or Architect to join us remotely and help bring our vision to life through detailed drawings, accurate estimates, and stunning 3D renders.


Key Responsibilities:
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using Chief Architect
• Create high-end photorealistic 3D renders using 3ds Max and Corona Renderer
• Prepare material and finish selections based on client concepts and vendor availability
• Generate accurate material calculations and help prepare detailed estimates
• Collaborate on design development and documentation across multiple residential projects
• Ensure design intent is clearly communicated in all visual and technical documents
• Revise layouts and details as needed based on client and contractor feedback


Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or architectural drafting
• Proficiency in Chief Architect – this is mandatory
• Advanced skills in 3ds Max with Corona Renderer
• Strong eye for design, materials, and finish selections
• Experience in material quantity takeoffs and project estimates
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
• Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven


Preferred (Bonus):
• Familiarity with California building codes or US residential construction standards
• Interior design degree or architecture background
