We are a growing building company specializing in high-quality bathroom refurbishments. Our goal is to deliver 10 new bathrooms per month, combining functionality with creative design. We are seeking a talented Interior Designer with strong technical and software skills to join our team.

Role Overview
You will be responsible for creating accurate and innovative bathroom designs based on photos and measurements provided. Your designs must be practical, feasible, and aligned with construction requirements. You will collaborate closely with our team to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Produce detailed bathroom designs using professional design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

Incorporate provided photos and measurements into precise layouts.

Ensure all designs include accurate dimensions and reflect real-world feasibility.

Generate creative design concepts tailored to client needs and preferences.

Revise and adapt drawings quickly in response to plan variations or client feedback.

Work closely with our construction team to confirm designs are practical (e.g., soil pipe placement, plumbing feasibility).

Provide clear visualizations and documentation for installation teams.

Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Interior Designer, ideally with a focus on bathrooms.

Strong proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar).

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh design ideas.

Background or understanding of construction methods and feasibility checks.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with builders and clients.

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred
Experience working on bathroom refurbishments or residential projects.

Knowledge of plumbing layouts and building regulations.

Portfolio showcasing bathroom design projects.
