Interior Design & Material Sourcing Assistant (Real Estate)

I'm a real estate investor who renovates and sells homes to homebuyers. I'm looking for a detail-oriented, creative freelancer to help with interior design decisions and material sourcing for renovation projects.

This is a growing role — the exact process is still being developed, but the core job is helping d ---------- how each property should look and finding the right products at the right prices.

**What you'll generally be working on:**
- Reviewing property photos and suggesting finishes and materials
- Sourcing products online (Amazon, Home Depot, etc.) that look great but are budget-friendly
- Putting together simple documents showing selections with links and prices
- Helping maintain a consistent, clean, modern style across properties

**Who I'm looking for:**
- Good eye for interior design, especially affordable but attractive home finishes
- Comfortable doing online research and product sourcing
- Organized — able to present information clearly
- Familiar with AI tools is a plus but not required
- Experience with real estate, home staging, or interior design preferred

**Structure:**
- Remote, freelance
- Pay to be discussed
- Ongoing work for the right person
