Description:

Hanson Haven is a growing luxury residential interior design studio based in Minnesota, USA, seeking a detail-oriented drafting assistant for ongoing project support.

This is not a full-time position at this time, but rather an ad hoc / recurring collaboration with the opportunity to grow over time as our studio expands.

We are looking for someone who is:

* Proficient in Revit (Revit LT experience is a plus)
* Experienced with interior design drafting and residential projects
* Comfortable producing and revising interior elevations
* Able to work from sketches, PDFs, redlines, and evolving design direction
* Responsive and communicative in English
* Able to provide relatively quick turnarounds (often within 1–3 business days)

Typical tasks may include:

* Interior elevations
* Kitchen and bath elevations
* Cabinetry and millwork drafting
* Revising drawings from redlines
* Design development updates
* PDF exports and sheet organization
* Minor drafting assistance for presentations or client deliverables

This role is ideal for someone who:

* Enjoys collaborative design work
* Is comfortable with revisions and iterative feedback
* Appreciates detail and organization
* Wants a long-term working relationship rather than isolated one-time projects

Software:

* Revit (required)
* Bluebeam experience is a plus
* Interior design background preferred

Hours:
Flexible / ad hoc.
Workload will vary month-to-month depending on active projects, but we anticipate ongoing recurring support.
