Interior Design Assistant

Job Summary
We are seeking creative and detail-oriented Interior Designers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming spaces and a strong understanding of design principles. This role involves collaborating with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing environments that meet their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring that all designs align with client expectations and industry standards.

Duties
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, preferences, and budget for interior design projects.
- Develop design concepts, including color schemes, furniture layouts, and material selections.
- Utilize software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape Rendering, Rhino, and 3ds Max to create detailed design presentations and renderings.
- Prepare project documentation, including contracts, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site visits to assess spaces and ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other professionals involved in the remodeling or building process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions.
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary adjustments based on feedback.

Experience
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer or in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, lighting design, budgeting, and remodeling processes.
- Proficiency in design software such as Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, Revit, Enscape Rendering, Rhino, and 3ds Max.
- Proficiency in Revit is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with clients and teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- A degree in Interior Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
