Integration Systems Specialist/IT

Small US-based mental health practice seeking an experienced Integration Systems Specialist to optimize and streamline our CRM and workflow tools. The ideal contractor will design simple, easy?to?understand solutions for a non?technical owner and team.

Responsibilities:
-Review and improve existing workflows between Asana/ClickUp, EHR platforms, and related tools.
-?Plan and implement integrations and automations that support clinical and administrative processes.
-?Create clear, plain-language instructions and light documentation for a novice user.
?-Provide guidance, best practices, and occasional training on using the systems efficiently.

Requirements:
Proven experience integrating CRMs, project management tools (Asana, ClickUp), and EHRs in healthcare or similar settings.

Strong ability to explain technical concepts simply and collaborate with non?technical stakeholders.
?
Portfolio of relevant integration projects and professional references required.
